We know that many businesses are eager to join the Overtake Dealer Network and become authorized for stocking and selling Overtake Parts. We are committed to selecting choice dealers who will help grow our brand and support our mission in a way that aligns with our values. It’s important to know that the Overtake experience goes beyond just selling products — it starts with product education and culminates in outstanding customer service and post-purchase support. Our focus is on building a network of dealers who will deliver the same high level of service we pride ourselves in.
In order to sell Overtake products through any channel, you first need to become an Authorized Overtake Dealer:
STEP 1: OVERTAKE AUTHORIZED DEALER REQUIREMENTS
We are currently looking to partner with dealers who meet the following requirements. If you believe your business is a great fit, proceed to Step 2!
- Professional Retail Storefront (physical location), Professional Shop Facility (service and installation), or Professional Ecommerce Website (e-commerce platform)
- Licensed to do business (State Sales Tax ID and Federal Tax ID REQUIRED)
- Detailed understanding of the Overtake Product Line
- Demonstrated ability to enhance the customer experience through added value services such as installation, tuning, troubleshooting, marketing/media support, etc
- Devoted to supporting automotive enthusiasts and growing the aftermarket performance community
STEP 2: REVIEW THE OVERTAKE DEALER AGREEMENT AND POLICIES

STEP 3: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE DEALER APPLICATION BELOW
Once you've reviewed the necessary agreements and policies, complete and submit the Dealer Application below. We will review your application within 5-7 business days and respond with any questions or clarifications. To expedite the process, please provide as much accurate information as possible.
