The factory charge pipe on your 2015-21 WRX is plastic and narrow. It was never going to cut it.
Subaru built the 2015-2021 WRX with a plastic charge pipe that restricts airflow and has no business handling sustained higher boost pressure. The OVERTAKE Charge Pipe Kit replaces it with CNC mandrel-bent 2.5-inch aluminum tubing and 5-ply reinforced silicone couplers that flow better, run cooler, and actually hold up under boost. Available in black, red, or OVERTAKE Blue powder coat. Factory should have done this from the start.

The Details:
The stock plastic charge pipe on the FA20-powered 15-21 WRX is a compromise from the factory. The restrictive diameter and tight bends work against you as soon as you start pushing the turbo harder. Our aluminum tubing conducts and dissipates heat more effectively, and the large-radius mandrel bends keep airflow smooth through every transition in the system. The 5-ply silicone couplers handle the connection points where flex and heat are highest, gripping securely under boost without collapsing or cracking over time. Installation is straightforward and reversible, with no permanent modifications to your car. Available in three powder coat options so you can match the kit to your build.

Greattttttt addition to my wrx, car definitely breathes a lot better and the red does make it pop. I went in thru the top and just took out the radiator fan for the install
It went with moderate ease, I have a rust belt car and the skid plate are corroded so I just worked around it. It looks awesome!!! And the car breathes so much better under boost. Thank you guys for making this charge pipe happen and being one of best parts of our community. You guys Rock!!!!

Can this fit the Forester XT 2017?
Hey Shaun! Unfortunately our charge pipe is a very tight fit in the FXT's. They have a thicker radiator than the WRX's, and that pushes the radiator fan shroud into our charge pipe. You would have to either modify the factory shroud, or replace the OEM fan with a slim fan.
I see the tmic has comments about no tuning required.

Hey David! The charge pipe also does not require any tuning. Both the intercooler and charge pipe can be run on the stock tune.
Has anyone gotten your charge pipe to fit the 2014-2018 Forester XT with the FA20 engine?
Hey Ken! Our Charge Pipe will physically bolt up perfectly to a 14-18 FXT's engine, however due to the radiator in the Forester being larger than the WRXs, there is not enough clearance between the radiator fans and the front of the engine for everything to go back together.
