The OVERTAKE MaxxMatch Paint in OVERTAKE Blue puts our signature blue in a 12oz aerosol can you can spray yourself. It is mixed to match the blue on OVERTAKE parts, in a smooth, gloss finish, so the pieces you paint sit next to the parts you bought without reading as a near miss.

You bolted on one part in OVERTAKE Blue and now the trim beside it looks unfinished. This is how you carry the color the rest of the way.

The Details:

Matching a brand color yourself is where most builds fall apart. A hardware store rattle can gets you into the neighborhood, and in daylight next to the real thing the difference is obvious. OVERTAKE MaxxMatch is mixed against our own color standard rather than eyeballed off a photo, then packaged in a 12oz can so you can do the work in your own garage. Prep carries most of the result: clean the part, scuff it, prime anything bare, then lay down light coats instead of chasing coverage in one pass. Clear coat on top if the piece lives outside and takes sun and weather. Most Subaru owners running our parts are painting small pieces, and small pieces are exactly where an aerosol can beats booking shop time.

Before You Spray:

This paint is for painting a part completely, not for blending body panels. If you are repairing a panel or blending into existing paint, that is a job for a professional paint and body shop. Mirror covers, fender flares, lips, spoilers, scoops, and interior and exterior trim are what this is built for.

Color match is PERFECT!

I bought this knowing the owner of Overtake was the reason for the color match paints from the previous company that shall not be named. LETS JUST SAY THIS IS 50/10 for color matched! Looks great! Layed easy and damn it changed a lot for the vb community! Would recommend it for anyone considering this product.
