Intake spacing

The spacers and hardware were well packaged and fit great. Some small improvements could be made (and the reason for 4/5 stars). One, flange bolts instead of the washers would be nice, but not required. Two, the spacers really need a locator for the second gasket (between spacer and intake). It's easy enough to align everything with a screwdriver. But a well placed locator on the spacers (like the engine block) would make the install much easier. Overall good purchase!

Do the "OVERTAKE Phenolic Spacers 8mm Thick- Subaru EJ Engines" require re-tuning to use? Generally anything air intake or exhaust requires tuning...

OVERTAKE

Good question! Nope, you will not require a retune after installing phenolic spacers as the air going into you engine is already metered. You can just throw these in and go.
