I was stressed at the beginning, due to my item being damaged upon arrival. I was so excited but when i saw it damaged my heart dropped. But Overtake team rapidly responded and guided me throughout the whole process. Unfortunately there is a process which requires to file a claim at ups. I was stressed given the fact i was hassled due to ups’s negligence. But Overtake quickly assigned a manager to take charge of my case and communicated with me throughout. These guys are super professional and the rain guards just feel so TOP QUALITY, and this is the best i ever seen or felt for a rain guard.

When I received my package, it got damaged during the shipping, but Overtake team quickly responded and shipped me another one after completing the necessary requirements. It was just frustrating, but it wasn’t Overtakes fault, these guys were amazing even the manager got involved and communicated and assisted me throughout the whole process. These guys are the real deal, super professional, the packaging was great the first time but the 2nd time i think they doubled the boxed and had triple layers of plastic and styrofoam wrap. Also icluded Overtake logo mini window sticker and everything you need to prep the window before installing the guards. And the quality of the guards itself it’s nothing like i ever seen. Also not very common style on a ‘19. My fav part, is the style and it has the logo 🔥😍 These guards are top quality and super 🔥 MUST HAVE for a WRX.
